At the top of the Metropolitan Cricket League, Westbury remained unbeaten as they won by four wickets Progressive fell to their first loss this term. Cosmos are the only other flawless unit as they overcame Mid Island by three wickets.Villagers loss ground, suffering their first loss as well, River Valley winning by two wickets.

At the other end of the table Frank Parson pipped Island wide by nine runs to register victory number one to move off the bottom. So too, Spice Island whipped New Hope by 135 runs for a first win. Liberty moved to sixth as they won by four wickets against the win-less Lions. Pioneer record their second win by four wickets leaving Staten Island rooted to the floor without a win in 2012.
