Nights Owls piled up 251, D. Dey was among the runs again scoring 68, with Syed Hussain playing a quickfire cameo of 36. Brooklyn Knight bowling had no clue as it showed in their poor field placing. In reply Brooklyn Knights ambled to 151/9 with the Night Owls fielding with just nine players.

Daredevils batted first to score 164/4, Prashant Nair was dismissed for the first time, scoring his third consecutive fifty of the series. Nair’s batting aggregate and average are matching at 204. Wicket keeper batsman Tanveer ended on 49 not out.  Kryptonites were stunned by a blitz from seamer Hayat Khan who took 5 wickets. Only Naveed with 43 resisted the devils as Krytonites closed on 94. Daredevils booking a place in the Quarterfinals with a 70 runs victory.

Richmond Hill looked to overcome their misfortune of previous seasons with two wins in three matches. The team from south Queens could only must a paltry 120 against Lycans. Captain Faraz 26 top scored for his side as off spinner Shujon snared the second 5 wicket haul of the tournament, left arm seamer Foisol jolted the inning earlier with 3 wickets. Lycans made light work of the target getting home  with 124/3. All rounder Foysal scored 41 and leading Lycans run scorer Sayed was unbeaten on 51. Lycans booking their place in the next round with a seven wicket win.

Punjab continued their resurgence as they whipped previously unbeaten Stallions.  Punjab batting first scored 176/7 with Waqas Shah 77,  and captain Imran Mahzar 41. Stallions were never un to the challenge as they were routed for 99, Mustafa Moiz again among the wickets with three scalps. Punjab winning by 77 runs to reignite their play off chances.

Superstar pounced on Knight Riders with Travis Ross and Amarnauth Persaud  scoring centuries against the NYPD whipping boys. Superstar racked up 233/2 with Persaud 102 and Ross with a tournament highest individual score of  108. Knight Riders cheerful as they have been all tournament with only seven batsmen were routed for another record low 11 all out, Rocky Kowchai picked up 3 wickets. Superstar extending their unbeaten run to four matches.

Win-less Predators scored and competitive 160 against Dragons, Zafar Yusuf accounted for three wickets with his off breaks. Dragons needing to win to keep their playoff hopes alive, were guided home by Trinson Carmichael who scored 85. Captain Troy Mars provided support for Carmichael with 38 as Dragons  won by seven wickets.
