NY U-18 resuming on 168/8 rallied to 200, a psycological miletone with skipper Amarnauth Persaud remaining the main contribute with 86. Bowling for Azurdeen Mohammed’s U-21 quicks Casper Davis Jr. and Dino Cho Wee Nam had three wickets each, with spinner Thakur Singh snaring two scalps.

Opener Ahsan Riaz anchored the innings with former US youth player Regis Burton an able partner. Burton was undone by a brilliant piece os fielding by Brandon Boodoo who complete a run out with a direct hit. Riaz and Terrence Madramootoo repaired the damage before Riaz’s patience ran out scoring 33. Madramootoo scored 38 by the close with his side precariously placed at 98/6 trailing by 102 runs. Kamran Hussain and Chris Singh leading the attack with two wickets each.
