The pair started solidly but failed to carry on their partnership when Hassan struck once again to remove Nazeer, off a sharp stumping by gloveman, Francis Mendonca.
Carmicheal and Leon Mohabir were introduced into the attack shortly after and the runs flow was strangled. The duo accounted for four (4) wickets while only allowing 37 runs off their combined 16 overs. Carmichael accounted for three (3) scalps while Mohabir picked up Randal Wilson who scored 37.

Madramootoo, looking to finish things off swiftly, as he treated Randal Wilson with disdain taking 22 off an over (1×4 & 3×6’s) before being bowed for 30.
